At Mindful Puppy, we believe wellbeing goes both ways. Our sessions are designed to help people slow down, move, smile and switch off from everyday stress, while giving puppies positive, gentle experiences with new people and environments.
Through mindful movement, playful interaction and plenty of cuddles, humans leave feeling lighter and more connected, while puppies gain valuable socialisation that helps build confidence as they grow.

Settle In & Meet the Pups
Arrive, get comfortable and meet your four-legged classmates. Weâll introduce you to the space, your instructor and, of course, the puppies. Take a moment to settle onto your mat while the pups begin exploring and making new friends.
Move, Play & Unwind
A relaxed yoga flow with a little puppy-shaped unpredictability. Move through a beginner-friendly session while the puppies wander, play and occasionally become part of the practice. No yoga experience? No problem. Come to move, cuddle, laughâor a little of everything.
Cuddle & Connect
We finish by slowing things down and enjoying time together. Settle in for dedicated puppy cuddles, playful moments and plenty of photo opportunities. A chance for you to switch off and for the puppies to enjoy positive, gentle social interaction.

We donate 10% of our revenue to animal shelters, so every experience with us helps support dogs in need.

Our support doesn't stop at donations. Every month, we organise food and essential-supply collections and find new ways for our community to support local shelters.
