Calm, Supervised Sessions

Every session is carefully managed to create a positive environment for both puppies and guests. Our team guides interactions and helps ensure that the puppies are treated gently and respectfully throughout the experience.

Small Group Experiences

We carefully manage session sizes and the environment to avoid unnecessary stress and overstimulation. The experience is shaped around the needs of the puppies, not the other way around.

Interaction Is Always Optional

Puppies are free to explore and interact at their own pace. We never force a puppy to be held, cuddled or involved in an activity when they would rather step away.

Rest Comes First

Puppies need plenty of sleep and downtime. If a puppy wants to rest, they rest. Quiet areas are available away from interaction, and sleeping puppies are never disturbed for the sake of the experience.

Health & Wellbeing Checks

Every puppy must meet our health and wellbeing requirements before taking part. We work closely with our breeders from the moment they are born to make sure the puppies are healthy, comfortable and ready for the experience.

The Right Age

We only welcome puppies once they are old enough to safely take part and at an appropriate stage of their development. Every puppy’s individual needs and readiness are considered before joining a session.

Puppy Safety Comes First

Because every little paw deserves expert care.

Our team is Puppy First Aid trained, giving them the knowledge and confidence to respond appropriately if a puppy needs help during a session. From recognising signs of distress to handling unexpected situations, our puppies’ wellbeing is always at the heart of what we do.

So while you relax, move and enjoy the cuddles, you can feel confident knowing that every puppy is surrounded by a team trained to put their safety, comfort and happiness first.

If you’re afraid of dogs, this experience may not be the right fit for you. Dogs can sense stress and nervous energy, which may make them feel unsettled. Please also avoid screaming or sudden loud reactions, as this can cause unnecessary stress for the dogs.
